OUR RETURNS POLICY
All of our orders come with a 60 days returns policy. This allows you 60 days to return your order to us for an exchange or refund from the moment you receive the order. In the event you want to initiate a return, please follow the steps below.

This is the number that begins with SW - you can find it on your order confirmation.
FIND EMAIL USED ON ORDER
When going through the returns process, you must have in mind the email you've used so our system can find the correct order.
ENTER ORDER NUMBER INTO RETURNS FORM
This is situated at the bottom of this page. You MUST insert the #SW before your write your order number in the applicable field.
COMPLETE RETURN
Complete the steps on the return portal (situated below) - bag up your order - and send it back to us following the instructions you receive.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
RETURN COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
TRACKED SHIPPING
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. It is the only way to guarantee your order will get back to us for your intending return or exchange.
