OUR RETURNS POLICY
All of our orders come with a 60-day returns policy.This allows you 60 days to return your order to us for an exchange or refund from the moment you receive the order. In the event you want to initiate a return, please follow the steps below. In the event of exchange and refunds, these can take up to 5 working days to process from the day we receive them back to the warehouse. Sometimes this can rise during busy periods.

When going through the returns process, you must have in mind the email you've used so our system can find the correct order.

This is situated at the bottom of this page. You MUST insert the #SW before you write your order number in the applicable field.

RETURN COSTS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for a reason not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.

Can I post my item back without registering it first?
No. Please do not send any items back without raising the return or exchange request in our system first. Returns that arrive without being registered may be delayed or refused.
How long does a return take to process?
Once your item has returned to our warehouse, please allow up to 5 working days for us to inspect the goods and process your refund or exchange.
Do I need to use a tracked service when returning items?
Yes. We strongly recommend that all returned parcels are sent using a tracked postal or courier service. This ensures your items are protected if lost in transit and allows both you and our team to monitor delivery.
