THE SWAZI NATURAL LIFETIME WARRANTY
All Swazi garments are warranted against faulty fabric and workmanship for the natural life of the garment.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.
We reserve the right to repair or replace a garment or decline a claim at our discretion.
REPAIRS
For any garment repairs please email Dave at dave@swazi.com, with the following information surrounding the garment and what you are needing repaired.
Garments will need to be washed and clean for repairs to be made, nobody wants to handle your dirty laundry. Please note, any garments that have not been cleaned will be returned directly to the customer without notice.
- Garment name (if known)
- Location of the repair that needs to be made
- Photos or videos of the repair site/damage
