The Swazi warehouse is based in the United Kingdom, serving customers with much faster shipping times than ever before across Europe.

DISPATCH CUT OFF

We aim to process and dispatch any orders placed before 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday on the same working day!

PROCESSING DAYS

Our standard processing and delivery days are Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. We do not process orders on the weekends.

FREE DELIVERY

You can qualify for FREE standard delivery, when shopping with Swazi, if your order is £150 or over.

Orders to UK Addresses

These are the transit times for the delivery methods we offer to the UK:

Standard Delivery: 3-5 Business Days

Express Delivery: 1-2 Business Days

Next Day Delivery: 1 Business Day

Orders to European Addresses

These are the transit times for the delivery methods we offer to Europe:

Standard Delivery: 7-10 Business Days

Express Delivery: 4-6 Business Days

Orders to R.O.W

These are the transit times for the delivery methods we offer to R.O.W

Standard Delivery: 8-12 Business Days

Express Delivery: 5-7 Business Days

OUR COURIERS

UK

For orders to the UK, we used Evri, Royal Mail and DPD as our couriers.

EUROPE

For orders into the Europe, we use DHL, DPD and in some cases the Postal Service of the country being delivered to.

Black

R.O.W

For orders into the the Rest of the World, we use DHL for most deliveries and the Postal Service of the country being delivered to.

IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS CHARGES

Orders delivered from the UK to addresses outside of the UK may incur import duties and taxes. These costs are not included in prices displayed on Swazi. Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and in some cases will need to be fully paid before delivery can be finalised depending on the importing country. Some deliveries may be delayed by the importing countries customs due to inspections. These are unfortunately out of the control of Swazi and our delivery partners.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to ALL Customers around the world, unless there is an unforeseen circumstance. EG. Russia, Ukraine etc. To enquire about shipping to a destination, please contact us.

My tracking link doesn't work?

In most occasions, your tracking link won't be working because it is not live yet. Tracking links only become live once they have been picked up by the courier and scanned into their care. So please wait up to 12 hours from the moment you have received your order dispatched email before you try and use your tracking link

How do I check my order or delivery status?

After you have placed your order with us, one of the notification emails you will receive from us is an order dispatched notification. In this, your tracking link will be in there and you can track where your order is.

If I missed the delivery of my package can I book a redelivery?

If you have missed your delivery, the courier who has tried to deliver your parcel will have done one of three things.

1. Left a note to say they have tried to deliver and give you instructions on what to do next.

2. Left your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour.

3. Taken it back to your local sorting office for you to pick up.

How do I track my order?

Every order has a tracking link - which when active, can be used to track where abouts your order is. This link can be found in your order dispatched email.
