Estimated delivery times for this service is 7 – 12 business day. You will be sent a tracking number once the item is dispatched and as the parcel progresses the tracking will update. The countries national carrier will take over final mile delivery and you can track on their website using the same tracking number.

Great mug, but my wife reckons if you’re right handed the emblem is on the wrong side, as you can see the symbol BUT people facing her can’t see the awesome symbol . So if symbol was on both sides everyone sees it, I thought she had a great point as it’s awesome gear & we love it.

I bought this 6 months ago for xmas, reviewed it without actually having used it. Great sized mug, BUT don't put wine in it, as it tarnishes the inside contact surface if left for a few hours, looks terrible, just as if it had had tea in it for years. The tarnish can't be washed off, I called customer services and they were bemused, and said they would 'keep an eye on it in the future', I thought, how does that help!. I doubt if this review will make it to "public view", so be it.
