My second Windriver jacket!
Ordered the windriver jacket in black on tuesday order no.sw6622 i live in dorset in uk. I love the jacket as it is great in very cold windy weather when i have been in eastern europe in thick snow&sub zero temperatures.It arrived today thursday!!Two days after ordering,all the way from New Zealand!!Amazing!!And after me putting the wrong house number on the order!!However it was a person i knew so all ok.I will continue to buy swazi clothing as it is so reliable.Many Thanks Guys&Gals at Swazi NZ.

Great jacket, but two different fleece types
I purchased an olive windriver, and loved it so much a few months later bought one in tussock, only to find that the fleece density, feel and water repellency was different between the two jackets. The olive fleece is dense and sheds water. The tussock is a softer fleece, almost velvety to the touch, and its pile moves when you brush your hand across it. This less dense fleece much more quickly absorbs water, and appears less durable. So i was disappointed, expecting the tussock to be the same as the olive. I don't know if this difference is the case between all olive and tussock windrivers, or if swazi have changed the fleece at some point.
I contacted Swazi about this but they have said there is no difference in the fleece, but there very definitely is.
One thing i would suggest to better this jacket is three more press studs between the existing four, because with strong winds from your right hand side it blows the zip closure covering open between the press studs because they are too far apart.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfilment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
