Do I need a discount code?
In most cases, no — we keep it simple. If a code is needed, we’ll make it very obvious across the site and in the email we send.
Will there be restocks during the sale?
Usually not. What’s available at the start of the sale is generally all we have. Once a size is gone, it’s gone.
Can I combine Black Friday discounts with other promo codes?
No — Black Friday pricing is already the best you’ll get, so additional codes can’t be stacked.
What’s your returns policy during sale periods?
Same as always — no fuss. You’ll still get the standard returns period, even on discounted items.
Do you ship during Black Friday or is there a delay?
Our warehouse team works flat-out during Black Friday, but orders still go out quickly. If delays do happen, they’re usually minor — we’ll keep you updated.
Are gift cards discounted too?
Normally, gift cards stay at full price. All the discounts go onto the gear itself.
